How to handle disruption in the workplace

The inevitability of ongoing change can feel pretty bleak at times.

Let’s be honest, most of us hate even tiny changes like IOS updates – and disruption like climate and health are so much worse!

I really enjoyed spending some time with Randstad’s HR SEEN community recently where we discussed workforce disruption and how the principles learned during digital disruption remain valid and valuable to HR Practitioners penning the workforce response to both climate and health crises:
